Our bespoke wedding stationery services are often fully booked, but given how special calligraphy is to your designs, i still wanted to be able to give my couples a chance to create something truly one of a kind. The Process
Three steps to your piece
From first message to finished piece, the process is simple, personal, and entirely bespoke to you. Every design is drawn by hand and refined through direct collaboration, so what arrives feels less like a purchase and more like something made specifically for you, from the very first sketch.

Sketches
After filling out our form so we can get to know your style, we create 5 calligraphy sketches for you to review. This can be a mixture of what you love and we'll help you determine your personal style.
Step 02
Make changes
We want your design to perfectly reflect you! So we can adjust your designs with your suggestions and mix and match elements you love
Step 03
Calligraphy
Once you approve the final designs for you names and monogram, your designs are done in hand calligraphy and packaged up in design files ready to use for all your vendors

How long does a custom piece take to complete?
We allow up to 10 business days to have your sketches ready to account for our studio schedule however of this can be sooner. If you need your designs in a certain time period please feel free to email to check availability.
Can I request revisions to my design?
Absolutely, in fact we encourage it. We design 5 different versions of your names for you to review and in your package there is 2 revisions for your name design and 2 revisions for your monogram design. We want the final design to feel like it is a perfect reflection of all the elements you love.
How will i receive my designs?
Once you final designs are approved you will be sent a digital version of your design and a keepsake artwork. Most importantly your design will be supplied as a vector within a pdf document which can be used in virtually any application. This is the design file you will supply all your designers with so they are able to have the best quality finish possible. You will also be supplied with .PNG and .JPG files so that you can also share your design.
Can i make any changes to the design?
Yes! The design files we provide you with your designer will be able to be resize, change colour and move the position of the names around for the name element of the design. Your designer will also be able to add thickness and other setting changes required for different types of print and production to ensure your design is able to be used in virtually any way you can imagine and applies beautifully to whatever you want to use it for
How do i start?
We have made the process really simple! You can shop the design packing directly through our online store. Once you check out, you will automatically receive instructions on how to complete the form so we can get started on your designs.
Can i use these designs without a designer?
To access the professional files contained within the PDF you will need Adobe Illustrator or similar to be able to access the full use of the designs, however we've found that most vendors will happily use the design files we provide to create what you need. You will also be supplied with high quality images which can be used for a variety of uses if you prefer to DIY with your designs. High quality images with no background are also supplied to so you can get as much use out of your designs as possible.
